Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuikSuite LLC, operating as Club 007 ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting forms, booking calls, or using our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
  • The information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current

2. Services

Club 007 provides coaching services related to dating, personal development, and relationship skills. Our services may include one-on-one coaching, group sessions, digital content, and other resources as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance for all coaching services unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion. To request a refund, please contact us at secretagent007official@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request.

4. Communication Consent

By submitting a form, booking a call, or otherwise providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from us via email, phone calls, and/or text messages. These communications may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Follow-up messages related to your coaching sessions
  • Marketing messages about our services and offers
  • Administrative notifications and updates

Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by texting "STOP" to our SMS messages.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions if necessary, with reasonable notice provided to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided as part of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, are the property of Club 007/QuikSuite LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from our services without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club 007/QuikSuite LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our coaching services, as results may vary based on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
